It's not that 70-80% of the adults in this country don't know the importance, it's that the cost and/or intimidation factor appear too high. One great source to get these items taken care of by fully qualified, professional attorneys for less than $40 is through Pre-Paid Legal Services. I probably would not have my paperwork in place today without it. Thanks for all your insightful articles, Walt. Great material.
